MLD for Detoxification

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Living in a hectic, modern world means that we can never escape toxins that bombard us on a daily basis. These toxins accumulate in the body, triggering congestion and inflammation. Therefore, this therapy is highly beneficial for virtually anyone and can help alleviate numerous symptoms. It can also be an excellent supplemental therapy to help optimize any healing protocol you may be already undertaking.

This service includes a full body (Face included) - 90 minute MLD Session with optional upgrades upon request.

(See Below for Upgrade Options)

MLD for Lymphedema …

Lymphatic massage is an effective therapy for managing lymphedema and edema as it stimulates the flow of lymph fluid, helping to reduce swelling and promote detoxification. By applying gentle, rhythmic pressure, this massage technique encourages the drainage of excess fluids and toxins from the tissues, which can alleviate discomfort and improve overall mobility. Additionally, lymphatic therapy can enhance circulation and support the immune system, making it a valuable component of comprehensive care for individuals dealing with the effects of lymphedema and edema.

Regular sessions can aid in maintaining optimal fluid balance and preventing further complications associated with these conditions.

MLD Post Surgical Therapy

Lymphatic therapy plays a vital role in post-surgical recovery. This specialized therapy focuses on enhancing lymphatic drainage, promoting fluid removal from the body, and reducing swelling, which is often a concern after surgery.

During the healing process, the lymphatic system can become sluggish due to anesthesia, trauma, or immobility. By using gentle massage techniques and manual lymphatic drainage, this therapy aids in stimulating the lymphatic vessels, thereby improving circulation and accelerating the body's natural healing processes.

Benefits of lymphatic therapy post-surgery include decreased pain and discomfort, reduced scar tissue formation, and improved overall recovery times. Additionally, it helps in preventing complications associated with fluid retention, such as lymphedema.

Patients typically begin lymphatic therapy within a few days post-surgery. Regular sessions can provide significant support in achieving optimal post-operative results.
